FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Attorney Giselle “G” Gutierrez of Exhibit G Law Firm Serves as Panelist in 2025 Federal Court Observer Program
Miami, FL – June 18, 2025 — Attorney Giselle “G” Gutierrez, founder of Exhibit G Law Firm, served as a featured panelist in the 2025 Federal Court Observer Program, held at the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. United States Courthouse in downtown Miami.
Hosted by U.S. District Court Judge Paul C. Huck, the annual program offers Miami-based summer associates and federal judicial interns the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the federal court system and the legal profession. The day’s agenda included a morning meet-and-greet breakfast, a mock hearing presided over by Judge Huck, and a series of three panel discussions: one with young attorneys, one with law firm partners, and one with federal judges.
Gutierrez participated in the “How to Keep Partners Happy” panel alongside an esteemed group of law firm leaders: Jaret L. Davis, Co-Managing Shareholder, Greenberg Traurig, P.A., Wifredo A. “Willy” Ferrer, Partner-in-Charge, Holland & Knight LLP, Cristina Pérez Soto, Litigation Partner, Jones Day, and Robert C. “Bobby” Josefsberg, Senior Partner, Podhurst Orseck, P.A.
As the founder of a business and employment litigation boutique, Gutierrez offered unique insights into firm culture, leadership, and client service from the vantage point of building and managing a growing practice.
“It was an honor to join such accomplished colleagues in a conversation that pulled back the curtain on life inside a law firm,” said Gutierrez. “There’s no one-size-fits-all path to success in this profession. Our panel showed that leadership can look very different depending on the firm—but what’s constant is the value of trust, communication, and accountability. I was glad to share what I’ve learned from building my own practice and working closely with clients every day.”
