Fabian A. Ruiz, Esq. is of counsel at Exhibit G Law Firm, where he focuses his practice on labor and employment matters and complex commercial litigation. Fabian’s experience spans single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff claims, class and collective actions, and arbitrations in both the public and private sectors, in state and federal courts across Florida. He has represented clients before key administrative agencies, including the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations, and the Miami-Dade Commission on Human Rights.

His industry experience includes matters in the media, finance, healthcare, restaurant, food and grocery retail, and construction industries.

On the commercial side, Fabian handles complex contractual disputes, trade secret and non-compete enforcement, unfair competition matters, and business torts. He brings over a decade of experience litigating high-stakes disputes at nationally recognized law firms, offering clients sophisticated legal strategy with a personalized, direct approach.

Fabian is also the founder of Ruiz Trial Law, PLLC, a Miami-based boutique firm where he continues to serve businesses and individuals with the same level of dedication he brings to every client. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and has developed deep expertise in both the management-side and employee-side of the employment relationship — making him a versatile and trusted advocate for clients navigating today’s complex workplace landscape.
