Patricia A. Fors, Esq.

Patricia A. Fors, Esq. is an associate attorney at Exhibit G Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on employment and labor litigation. She brings a unique blend of legal insight, human resources expertise, and military leadership to her role, offering clients strategic and practical counsel across a range of workplace disputes.

Before joining Exhibit G, Patricia practiced at a national Am Law 100 law firm, where she supported litigation in employment and labor matters, including discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Her prior legal experience includes an internship with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she contributed to investigations, drafted litigation documents, and conducted legal research in support of enforcement actions.

Patricia’s professional journey is grounded in a decade of leadership and human resources experience, including service as a U.S. Army Captain and Human Resources Officer. She led teams across global assignments and advised senior leadership on personnel strategy, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. In the private sector, she continued her HR leadership as a manager supporting large workforces in complex operational environments.

Patricia earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was a Veteran Scholar and served as President of the Labor and Employment Law Association and Founder of the Student Veteran Law Association. She also holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

She is an active member of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and a proud graduate of the L.E.A.D. with CABA Fellows program. Patricia brings Spanish fluency to her practice, helping a diverse client base feel heard, understood, and empowered.
