Introducing Giselle Gutierrez, Esq.
Giselle brings a wealth of experience in labor and employment law, having represented clients before key administrative agencies such as the EEOC and the NLRB, as well as federal and state courts. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of employment-related matters, including discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, defamation, whistleblower lawsuits, severance agreement negotiations, and claims under pivotal statutes like FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and Title VII. Additionally, Giselle specializes in non-compete and employment contract litigation, providing strategic counsel on data security issues.
Recognizing the importance of proactive risk management, Giselle advises employers on measures to minimize litigation exposure. Her comprehensive counseling extends across various employment facets, including discrimination, wage and hour practices, disability accommodation, family and medical leave, employee discipline, and workplace privacy.
