Rebeca Rodriguez

Rebeca Rodriguez is a dedicated law student and aspiring attorney with a strong interest in labor and employment law, workplace accessibility, and compliance. With a background in human resources and hands-on legal experience in both private practice and government, Rebeca is building a well-rounded foundation to support clients in navigating complex workplace issues.

As a law clerk at Exhibit G Law Firm, Rebeca supports attorneys with key pre-suit tasks, including drafting EEOC charges, demand letters, deposition questions, and client communications. She previously interned with the City of Miami’s Office of the City Attorney in its Labor & Employment Division, where she observed trials, arbitrations, depositions, and quasi-judicial hearings, while conducting legal research and assisting with case management.

Rebeca earned her MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Florida State University and is currently pursuing her J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law. Her business background complements her legal training, giving her a unique lens on employment law, risk management, and client service.

She is actively involved in the legal community through leadership roles such as Past President of the Disability Law Students Association and member of the Honor Council. Rebeca also participates in organizations including the Cuban American Bar Association, Miami Law Women, and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar.

As a first-generation law student with a background in human resources, Rebeca is committed to building strong legal skills that support effective, compliant, and solutions-oriented workplace practices. She brings reliability, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to every role, and is eager to contribute to teams focused on labor and employment law.
