Alina Rodriguez is a dedicated legal professional and aspiring attorney with a strong interest in employment law, workplace equity, and human resources. Currently serving as an Intake Specialist at Exhibit G Law Firm, she is passionate about connecting clients with the legal support they need as they navigate complex workplace matters.
She brings diverse educational and professional experiences, including an internship at the Florida State Capitol along with work and volunteerism in public service. These experiences have given her a firsthand understanding of the legislative and governmental processes that shape employment law across the state, and combined with her work at Exhibit G Law Firm, have built a well-rounded foundation in both policy and legal practice.

Alina earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida State University in just three years, graduating Cum Laude. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management, equipping her with a unique business-minded perspective on employment relations, compliance, and organizational dynamics.

Committed to her goal of becoming an Employment Lawyer, she is currently preparing for the LSAT as she works toward law school. Her background in human resources, paired with her direct exposure to legal practice, positions her to be a passionate and informed advocate for workers and employers alike.
