MEET Giselle Gutierrez, Esq.

Giselle Gutierrez, Esq., is a passionate advocate in labor and employment law, bringing years of hands-on experience to every case. She handles a wide range of employment issues, including but not limited to discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, whistleblower claims, severance negotiations, and contract disputes. She’s represented clients before the EEOC, NLRB, and in federal and state courts. 

Giselle also leads seminars and training on employment law for clients and professional organizations. Her dedication to excellence is rooted in her experience as a judicial clerk for The Honorable Paul C. Huck, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Florida, a role that shaped her meticulous approach to the law.
